advanced and financially sound as the homes we build.
You may have seen us featured on national television shows such as
Bob Vila’s Home Again. Bob toured our facility and over the course
of a season followed the construction of a luxury Simplex Home.
Many of the advances in modular construction originated in our
headquarters and climate controlled production facilities in
Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Scranton provides us with a unique location with access to a highly
skilled, highly trained motivated workforce. We are also just
minutes from a number of major highway systems including Interstate
Highways 80 and 81, Route 380 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Our Northeastern Pennsylvania location allows us to quickly and
efficiently build and transport your dream home or commercial
building to your site.

Association (MBSA) and The National Association of Home Builders
(NAHB). Here, we share our knowledge and experience with the
construction industry for the benefit of future home owners like
