I wanted to send you a long overdue note to thank you and everyone at Simplex and Cornerstone for everything you all have done to assist me and my family with the whole process of building a new home for my parents - a project that for me is a dream come true. Throughout the construction process, you and your team provided invaluable assistance to me as I was rarely in Scranton to attend to any of the details and I could not have done it without the great team effort everyone put forward. From dealing with unforeseen difficulties concerning the lot to guiding me to the people and places I needed to contact to get the utilities up and running, you helped me every step of the way.

Most importantly, the end result is fabulous and we love the house! It is a beautiful home that has brought so much joy to my entire family.

And every visitor, even some of your own workers who have come by, always remark on how lovely it turned out. On top of that, your follow-up service throughout the first year was impeccable and your attention to all the little things that needed finishing touches was prompt and professional.

A Letter of Recommendation for Simplex Industries and Cornerstone Building Solutions

The purpose of this letter is to express our complete satisfaction of our new home and to let others know of the excellent quality and service we received. 

We began the project of selecting our home in May 2006.  The folks at Cornerstone were very patient answering our many questions and logging our many choices not to mention the changes to those choices which must have seemed endless at times.

We began building our home with the signing of the sales contract in October 2006.  Cornerstone gave us a delivery date and much to our delight our home was delivered to our lot a few days earlier than promised.  Also as promised our home was ready for us to move into less than 6 months after the signing of the contract.

We moved into our home in April 2007.  We have now been in our home for 3 months and in these 3 months we had the opportunity to examine the home in it's entirety.  We can say with all certainty that we are very pleased with the quality and attention to detail in our home.  Without hesitation we would recommend Simplex Industries and Cornerstone Building Solutions to any prospective home buyer. 

As for bragging rights we would like to mention that many passers by have stopped to talk to us about our home.  Some mentioned the attractive architecture while others were amazed at how quickly the home went from start to finish and still others were very surprised to learn it was a modular home.  All were very complimentary.

For anyone concerned about a modular home retaining it's equity we will clearly state that we just had our home appraised and after calculating all the building costs the appraised value of the home has actually increased.

Our home is the Lexington Park design.  Simplex allowed us to make many modifications to the floor plan which included inverting the entire floor plan to swap the rooms on either end, we added onto one side a built-in deck with roof and on the other side a sun room which happens to be one of our favorite rooms.  We also added 4 feet to the length of the home.  These modifications were completed exactly to our specifications as were the many many options and selections we chose.  For the few items that were missed they were more than happy to make the desired changes to make the entire home just the way we wanted it.

In closing we would like to say that building a home is a challenging project.  We were fortunate to have selected an outstanding company that provides a quality product with expert sales, engineering and site contractors that care about their clients, their products and the quality of their work.  There are many modular home builders and while some of them may provide the same quality and service we can only speak for the one that we chose.  By choosing Simplex Industries and Cornerstone Building Solutions we can assure you that you will be in good hands and pleasantly surprised by their professionalism throughout the building process.
